This small batch was grown purely for the joy of it — a few outdoor bushes, each rooted in 30 liters of soil. Their blossoms reflect the character of the Swiss climate, carefully hand-trimmed and rich in natural expression. 

The scent and flavor profile are nothing short of phenomenal: deep mango notes intertwined with a sweet, grapelike fragrance that rises from the flowers. 

In early September, a batch of Léon Millot grapes was harvested by us in Zurich. Mild natural fermentation had begun by the time it arrived (see image) with the grapes. At the start of the flowering stage, the batch was distributed across all plants and mixed into the topsoil.

After six weeks, by late October, the grapes had largely decomposed and the plants had completed their bloom, yielding a distinct, flavor-driven product.

Alongside the grapes, the plants were nourished twice with organic AC fertilizer, with no pesticide use whatsoever.
